Excellent service-great products at great prices

Ordered two suitcases. One was delivered on time. The other was out of stock. I received my money back an reordered elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and suitcase delivered next day, although I did not request that option.
Unfortunately I had to return case as too heavy, which was not a problem.

Swift and easy service, and a great price for this product

I received two hard shell cases from the Luggage Superstore, one was perfect but the other had a faulty lock. I understand that these things happen from time to time but it’s how they are dealt with that’s the main issue. I sent off an e-mail to the customer services and was very quickly contacted by them, they explained how to return the faulty case and how to keep track of it. I did this with no problems and a new case was sent to me within days. Meanwhile they kept me updated on the process. I would also like to single out Laura in customer service for her help and her support. Although you don’t want things to go wrong, when they do it’s good that they are handled so well.
